The Hub, Kenya
Janus Continental is redeveloping Hub Karen Shopping Mall in Kenya. They have over 200 Int stores and the largest entertainment mall in the region. This houses a newly developed 3,000 SQM Entertainment Complex with large Adventure Park. The Mall redevelopment has commenced in 2022 & new adventure park and FEC is to be completed by end of 2023.
HUSHH AT SOCIAL DISTRIKT
Hush at Social Distrikt defines the terms “eat, drink, play”. It is a destination which houses multiple adult gaming units like axe throwing, bowling, and digital darts while having the classics lsuch as billiards, shuffle board, and foosball games. It also houses a cocktail bar as well as a sports bar and lounge with a live band area and state of the art sound and lighting system.
RIXOS JBR
Sunset Hospitality has commissioned GLE to ensure smooth delivery and installation of attractions in their new entertainment destination. The area which spans over 2 floors, multiple gaming experiences including life like f1 racing experience, batting cages, and nostalgic arcade games. The redevelopment is currently under design and set start construction in 2024.
